PT-26

The Edenvale Classic Aircraft Foundation (ECAF) is based out of Edenvale Aerodrome, located on Hwy 26 between Barrie and Collingwood. The aerodrome was opened in October 1941 as part of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan and served as No 1 Relief Field for Harvard operations at Camp Borden.

Our PT-26 Cornell is one of three airworthy aircraft operated by ECAF. Built in 1943, it is one of 1565 proudly manufactured in Canada by Fleet Aircraft Ltd for the RCAF during World War II.

Our hangar is open every Saturday from May to October. Our Cornell, along with a de Havilland DH82a Tiger Moth are available to be booked for passenger rides. Please visit https://www.classicaircraft.ca for more information
